Join Elastocon at the K-fair in Düsseldorf, Germany 8–15 October 2025, in hall 11/G17. We will present precision instruments for a wide area of rubber and plastic testing: cutting presses and dies for specimen preparation, ageing ovens, stress relaxation test systems, low temperature testers, and much more.
The K-fair is considered the leading international trade fair in the plastics and rubber industry.
Here are some of the instruments for testing rubber and plastic materials that Elastocon will be showing:
- Compression set rig, EV 03, for the determination of the compression set characteristics of vulcanized and thermoplastic rubbers at ambient or elevated temperatures according to ISO 815-1.
- Tension set rig, EV 04, for tests according to standard ISO 2285.
- Manual cutting press, EP 08, for fast, easy and ergonomic production of flawless rubber and plastic test specimens by punching.
- Specimen cutting dies, EP 04, are manufactured in both standard and special shapes.
- Low temperature compression set rig, EV 09, for the determination of the compression set characteristics of vulcanized and thermoplastic rubbers at low temperatures according to ISO 815-2.
Stress relaxation testing of rubber at high temperature
Elastocon will also present our stress relaxation oven and rig for high temperature tests of rubber:
- High temperature cell oven, EB 38, has 4 cells with individual temperatures and individual control of the air exchange rate for each cell. The temperature range is +40 °C to +350 °C.
- High temperature relaxation rig, EB 02VHT, for compression at temperatures from +5 °C up to +350 °C (ISO 3384).
